With your base training under your belt, you’re ready for one of our “Curly Bar”ย Race Prep plans. We’ve got specific Raceย Prep plans designed around your specific event needs: from the short, repeated intensity of criteriums & cyclocross, to the longer and varied intensity of road races & fondos, to the more steady state efforts of gravel grinders. Our Race Prep plans are designed to help you build out your fitness and find peak form.

OUR RACE PREP TRAINING PLANS BUILD PROGRESSIVELY TOWARDS THE DEMANDS OF YOUR EVENT.

We start from the highest intensity energy systems and work out towards lower intensities in two-week mini-blocks of training. As intensity decreases, interval durations increase to cultivate sustainable power outputs. Simultaneously we extend volume to create the endurance required for your target event(s). Followed with a two-week taper you are left with peak fitness on race day!
