You can also reuse the same plan for additional peaks within the same year, or in future seasons. Buy once, use again and again.

HOW TO:

Follow these steps to design your annual plan...

To layout your season, look at how many weeks you have available from start to finish. You will want 12-24 weeks for Base Builder & 8-12 weeks for Race Prep. Count backwards from “A” race, do the math and find what’s right for you…

STEP 1:  Select a 12, 18 or 24 week Base Builder Plan (low & high volume options)

STEP 2: Select your Race Prep event plan of choice (MTB, Gravel, Triathlon, etc.). This will have you peak for your first “A” race.

STEP 3: Rinse & Repeat. Take  week off after your “A” race, then dive into a second Race Prep for your second peak of the season; or take a few weeks off and begin back at Base Builder for next complete build.

You can cycle through 2-3 Race Prep blocks off of one Base Builder per year. You can also consider two full Base Builder-Race Prep cycles per calendar year if you have enough time between your “A” events.
