Similar to our Custom Training Plan option, with Personal Coaching it’s all about your schedule, your ability, and your races to create your program. Now add in frequent communication and review of progress being made, adjustments to your plan as needed, and the ability to contact your coach as often as desired, and you have our Personal Coaching program.

We incorporate technology like power meters, GPS, and heart rate monitors into our athletes’ training to set the most accurate training loads, track progress, monitor recovery, and determine when to increase the load. Combine data collection, interpretation, frequent workout review and feedback, and accountability, and you have the components necessary to making the most out of your training progress.

You begin with your coach assessing your proficiencies in our six key components of fitness development via a lengthy questionnaire and an in-person or phone conversation, plus initial testing protocols. These six components include:
