The S:6 Trainer Series

Train with power, heart rate and cadence, following 15-year proven Trainer Series programming that includes frequent testing and built in recovery weeks. Pick your time slot and your Wahoo Kickr Smart Trainer will be waiting for you every week ready to dish out the intervals. The group atmosphere and dedicated coaching keeps you on track, motivated and making progress!

Incorporate strength training, plyometrics, stability exercises and mobility movements into your training all winter to improve economy and power production  in movement and correct muscle imbalances for increased injury resistance. Our progressive and periodized Strength & Mobility Program takes you through the whole ball of wax leaving you happier, healthier and with more watts come summer!
