Brought to you by Waite Endurance athletes & coaches, Cody & Kathy Waite, the WE Devo squad is a hand-selected group of young athletes working towards future greatness through smart, consistent, and effective effort.

A lot of ‘Devo’ Teams do a great job exposing young riders to the fun & challenge of the sport. We take riders to the next level by actually developing them into athletes through training & coaching in the gym, on the trainers with power, and on the bikes to build strength, endurance, and overall know-how.

Off-Bike Training

Developing athletes require time in the gym to improve coordination, stability, strength and power through progressive programming under watchful eye. Practice does not make perfect; PERFECT practice leads you towards perfection.

On-Bike Training

Structured training & just the right amount of volume per the individual is critical to success. WE treat our developing athletes as individuals, crafting just the right combination of intensity & volume that is right for each rider.

WE not only train our athletes for success, but WE show them the path of least resistance. Becoming your best is all in the details: from race strategy to proper nutrition, to creating the elite endurance athlete lifestyle and building their brand.

Here’s our small group of hand-selected young men & women that WE found to have the attitude & drive in combination with the willingness to learn allowing us a chance to mold them into future champions.

Nate Gangelhoff

I love to ski, hike and do anything in the mountains because being in the outdoors gives you the freedom that you can’t find in any other sports.

Ben Meiser

My dad got me into biking when I was ten years old. My interests off the bike include running track for D’Evelyn High School, traveling, and spending time with my friends & family.

Blake Wilkinson

I got started biking through some of our family friends who would take me out to ride and began racing shortly after. My favorite ride is Monarch Crest!

Alex Campbell

My family has been into bikes since I can remember. I’m attending CMU this year & really enjoy the riding in the Grand Valley. Off the bike I like to ski and drink kombucha.

Kennedy Scott

My dad rode his bike a lot when I was little and I wanted to come with him to all the adventures he went on. I also play the cello in the chamber orchestra for Rock Canyon High School.

Siena Muscianisi

Off the bike, I love everything outdoors. I love to run, ski, hike, bike and travel. I have recently developed an interest in photography & travel.

Sofia Forney

I learned how to suffer from running, learned how to ride a bike from my step-dad, learned how to be a good person from my mom. I’m eager to continue learning.
