The S:6 Trainer Series

Train with power, heart rate and cadence, following 15-year proven Trainer Series programming that includes frequent testing and built in recovery weeks. Pick your time slot and your Wahoo Kickr Smart Trainer will be waiting for you every week ready to dish out the intervals. The group atmosphere and dedicated coaching keeps you on track, motivated and making progress!

The S:6 Strength & Mobility Program

Incorporate strength training, plyometrics, stability exercises and mobility movements into your training all winter to improve economy and power production  in movement and correct muscle imbalances for increased injury resistance. Our progressive and periodized Strength & Mobility Program takes you through the whole ball of wax leaving you happier, healthier and with more watts come summer!

Through highly effective programming, hands-on coaching, accountability, discussion, and social interaction, you find success. Optional (included) meetings & audio recordings to discuss training objectives, sponsor discounts, and Q&A allow for maximum gains and maximum value.

BASE BUILDER IS FOR ALL CYCLISTS:

ON-ROAD, OFF-ROAD, TRIATHLON; INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED.

The Sessions:6 Base Builder Program is comprised of endurance athletes looking to improve their cycling fitness: mountain bike racers, road cyclists and triathletes. Based in Lakewood, Colorado, our ‘in-house’ Base Builder athletes receive an extensive support system from training together within S:6.

All trainer workouts are structured to work with Smart Trainers and apps of your choice (like Zwift!). Strength programming is customized to your ability level, including instructional ‘how-to’ videos.
